Tranquility Beach House is a spacious house with a 180-degree sea view.  The perfect place to kick off your shoes,

relax and switch into holiday mode.  You can spend all day watching the cascading waves in front of the house, spotting dolphins playing and whales during Whale season.   

There are 3 bedrooms in the main house, a full bathroom, guest toilet and another shower room.

A big advantage of this house is that it has a cottage on the property so you can bring friends/family and they have their own space.  The Cottage has a kitchenette downstairs, spacious bedroom with bathroom upstairs with beautiful sea views.  The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. 

There is a large swimming pool suitable for anyone wanting to do some swimming training.  There is a garage and enough parking space inside the property for 3/4 cars.

The outdoor entertainment area is covered and has a beautiful large solid table and chairs.  Perfect for family gatherings and meals next to the pool whilst watching the sea.

The house is secure and has an automatic gate, electric fence and security system.
